HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
House os WAx cassure you that we are taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our team members and guests. We are following the CDC and local guidelines, and we will do our best to keep everyone informed of any changes.

BEGINNING MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 2021
Following recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention and the Georgia's Department of Health Services (Dph) to help keep our community safe from the spread of COVID-19 and other variants related to the disease, the House Of Wax team will be masked at our location. Although we kindly ask for guests to also wear masks inside of our spaces regardless of vaccination status, it is not required.

FROM GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
ATLANTA – The City of ATLANTA Health Department, with support from the Mayor’s office, City of Atlanta Public Health and Safety Committee Chairwoman Joyce M. Sheperd, and Board of Health is issuing new recommendations regarding the use of masks, in accordance with the guidance released by the Center for Disease Control on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

The dominant presence of the Delta variant in ATLANTA is causing an increase in positive COVID-19 cases. In the past month, the burden rate has gone from the “low transmission” category into the “substantial transmission” category, and the CDC’s updated masking recommendations are for those in areas of substantial or high transmission.

Georgia Department Of Health strongly advises everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors with people outside of their household. Breakthrough COVID-19 infections are rare but possible for those who are fully vaccinated. While the vaccine effectively protects individuals from severe symptoms, hospitalization, and death, preliminary evidence shows fully vaccinated people who become infected can still spread the virus to others.
