All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, and clients must be 18 years or older to schedule services.

No deposit is required to book. However, all confirmation calls must be returned by 5:00 PM the day before your appointment. Any unconfirmed appointments will be canceled.

A waxing waiver form will be sent to the email on file via Google Form once your appointment is confirmed. This form must be completed before arrival. Without a completed waiver, the appointment cannot proceed.

Late arrivals are not accepted under any circumstances. If you know you will be unable to make your scheduled time, you may check for same-day availability one hour before your appointment at no additional charge.

A no-show after confirming an appointment will result in a permanent ban from booking future services.

Complimentary reserved parking is available for the duration of your appointment, and parking details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

We accept Zelle, cash, credit, and debit card payments for all services.

As a welcome gift, new clients may take advantage of a Buy One, Get One Free appointment. This offer must be mentioned at the time of your first visit. The complimentary service must be booked within six weeks of the original appointment and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
